nobody wans to wash… so use plastics as the cost can pass to the diners…
stall owners huat big big… no need hire washers, and plastics cost pass to diners…

i oso wonder why some hawker stalls is use styrofoam and plastic... is dam sian.. no diff from dabao lmaooo..... is it stalls can save on the hawker dish washing fees if use disposable??? becoz i dont see reason for hawkers to spend $$ on disposable unless this reason... if this is the case then dish washing fees is cfm over charging liaoo becoz disposable is suppose to be more exp in the long run....

likely the market comimittee found that very little stall owners wanna pay the dish washing fees and its too much to pay for each one so they cancel the service cos lack of support fromstalls

That's the way to stick it to those cleaning coys and their overpriced and understaffed policies
If they can manage to find some supplier to give them a good deal on the disposable plastic and it is cheaper than the monthly cleaning fee, it will be a easy decision.

The diners also dun need to walk all the way to tray return station to return their tray and empty bowl.
It may be easier for the cleaners too.

It may be easier for the cleaners too.
I think that shouldn't be a problem, if not they can close shop then go shop at the cheapest shop they can find and buy it for their stall.
