If i am looking to sign up for Yishun Natura, i can only apply for yishun first, then at selection date then choose the Yishun natura?

I think chances to get is slim and Yishun Natura is 6 units available

i have just applied for may sobf and i am unsure if this application will 'void' my march's one, and count it as rejection.

Nope it wouldn't void your March's queue no. Only if, say your may bto queue no is good, and your appointment date is before sept 2013, and you choose to select a flat for may sobf, then your march queue no will be void. So that means basically you can hold as many queue numbers as you like before you select a flat. But haha hdb launches and arranges the launches in such a way that most ppl can have a max of 3 queue nos at once.

What happens if the SMB area demand is not like HG or JW?

Means HDB wont build it?

I'm thinking of applying there.

And can i apply for all the 3 plots there? East Brook, Wave and Bank? higher chances?

As long as you see ratio for FT for the flat & area u applied for is 1.0..Means every application inside that group gets a flat but whether it's ur choice unit or not is another matter..

You mouse over the Application Rate will see the breakdown..
