its not a must, but at least u know what is the maximum loan u can get and with your CPF balance, after doing all the calculation whether u can afford the unit you are choosing.

if your CPF now, alot of money, and you not taking too much loan, then u can wait for the 2nd appt.

Hey Guys! I received my invitation letter by hard copy with the brochure today. Feeling nervous coz we still haven't decided which unit to take.. Anyone can elaborate of the sun direction? Usually which direction is more in favor? I'm not familiar with directions especially when people talk about north south east west etc.

Unless u talking about those below which i posted ytd..
