i wonder how are they going to release SBF when Nov 2020's SBF exercise is not even completed yet. places like Sengkang havent even started to ballot for even position #1.

If there really is a SBF, it will be balance flats for Nov 2020 and Feb 2021's BTO? but when is that going to take place?

Don't think they will supply any SBF, due to housing EDD take long and less worker, the SBF might turn to something like emergency needed incase some housing project cease. But the SBF will cost even more as gov use this opportunities to earn back their loose..
