cant find from gebiz the tender info for BL. how much is the lowest bidder etc. it seem building tender not even started as the tender is for cheking services. i guess bl will only start next yr

i think you search for past tenders and opportunities.

for mcnair towers, enter "kallang whampoa 20c".

for bendemeer light, enter "kallang whampoa 50a".

if you cannot find the tenders you are looking for, try to shorten it to the following.

for mcnair towers, enter "20c".

for bendemeer light, enter "50a".

Actually, I was trying to find the awardee for the contract for my launch in the May BTO, but it appears that it may already have been filed into history as I can't find it.

Thanks for the input. Do i need to reapply hle since the current one will be expiring in a month time?

I called hdb and was told it will auto extend the hle for another 3 months if 2nd appt is beyond its validity date. Is it the way they work?

That's correct. AHG only went through 5 months after selection for me, but they ensured on my behalf that HLE was extended until one month after AHG was approved.

Yep i was told if there is no income reduction, the prevaling hle will be intact. Wonder how they know if there's any change in income?

It's not necessarily going to lowest bid or even 2nd lowest one. HDB looks at total value and services including quality record.

Oh, what happens is that you're made to sign a statement stating that both of your incomes have not reduced since the HLE application during the agreement for lease signing.

just wondering how come sembawang cannot take up 2 sites both BL and MT at 1 time? do you know why?

i would think they will go for the lowest bid too since all are equally lousy...

I also dunnoe why. Maybe they are over capacity or their collateral not enough. Doing govt job need to have enough credit n cash in bank. In case ur coy collapse they seize the collateral for dmg.

there is a cutoff date which you can only postpone until. you can find it inside your MyHDB page. the signing date given by them initially should be earlier.

you can only postpone till the cutoff date. i have done this before.

if you fail to sign after the cutoff date, you are not able to buy the flat anymore.

In your letter of Appt, Point 4 has a due date, anything beyond that date you would have to call to make special arrangement
