Here is mine:

I had gave up CCK BTO in march even got chance take up high floor as 2nd timerCCK got more than 50% drop out rate and nt very keen juz increase my chance of queue number

For 7th time first timer, really no luck..
If you do not mind paying high cost for Adora green DBSS, juz received sms by previous agent, got available 3rm,4rm even high floor..seem got pple drop out

that's really bad luck.

i guess was lucky that i got on my 1st bto...
actually 2 of my friends whom applied 1 or 2 bto exercise before me also got theirs after 1 or 2 tries.

funny time is we all no vote miw....

Your 1st BTO is stay near parent
Normally for 1st timer, at most 2 to 3 times you must get it if you compare last time hard to get bcos flat BTO nt many available that is different case bcos MBT

I still prefer last time method, first come,first serve, so all pple sure get the flat..ballot like you are jump queue depend luck

That group was created by some interior designer for every BTO. Best is try to create a fb page yourself and try to get many people to know abt it just as what i had done.

Imagine u queue up and when it ur turn to choose, the area is some ulu BTO place as compared to the earlier queue who manage to get some good place BTO. What will u do? Give up and re-join the queue??

Then it will be a veri long wait and u might not get the place u like again.

If that the case, everyone will camp at the computer before the release date and all will apply at the same time.

This may causes server to overload and fail some of the applications.

If you happened to be one of them who failed the applications, how would u feel?

How about those who apply off-line? Queue up early in HDB main building before the application starts?

I wasn't even referring to any online applications. Just the old fashioned way of queuing up to apply...
