ya i agree it's kinda impt to know the racial quota. sometimes it's so hard to please everyone hais.

just for one person issue now alot of us cant get needed information. it is like killing the cows to fixed the bug issue.

some ppl are racist at heart but pretend to be not, dun bother with such ppl. racism is not as bad as seem. now sinkies are united against FT, not as racist as before.

i think for selection the loan letter is not required. but when u decide to exercise the option and sign the sales and purchase agreement at HDB some time after selection, you will have to bring a valid loan offer letter along for that appointment. note that for HDB HLE letter has only a validity of 3 months. so gotta juggle that properly. i just did my HLE application, pretty troublesome...
please correct me if i'm wrong! :)

Hi Guys,

What sort of BTO flat can i buy if me and gf combined income is 9k+ per mth? Can i buy a 4rm or must be a 5 rm?

I think 4rm is ok. They only have a different income ceiling for 3rm.
But you'd better verify again.

Yesterday number was 00085 and today 00088:s11::s11::s11:
Yet 11 flat was taken up yesterday:s22::s22:
