I made some retail transactions in MYR, not under any of my five selected categories, while physically in Malaysia.

When I checked my TREATS app, these transactions appear as "other spending" instead of "MYR/IDR spend".

Any of you experience this too?

It will be under Others, and then it will move to corresponding category or MYR/IDR. Check again the next day

This is normal. U should see the spending are moved to the correct category/ies the subsequent day.

That day I was browsing the treats app and nonchalantly pressed the “save to coupon” just like how I participated in some of their spend and win promotion. Ended up paying $15 for a pair of Cathy Cineleisure everyday vouchers which I dun intend to. Rang up the cso and she said the action was not reversible.
be warned and dun anyhow press save to coupon for the few items listed unless u really want it.

Am I the only one finding this “promotion” confusing?
1. 2 phases and every $1000 spent each phase gets you a snag point
2. Snag treats: 1 snag treat = $5
3. “Save as a coupon” = buy and the button is the same as I use for participating in previous promotion.
They can manage it better imho. This promotion is really a letdown with very lil saving on the prizes especially after spending and getting the snag points.

While there is an option for Maybank Mastercard, I got an error message say the card not issued by the selected bank etc. Not sure if t he message is accurate or not.

I was being charge the annual fee for this card. Then i called in (7am, say can only call in office hours... i called in again (after 8am, office hours), went through the phone systems to ask for waiver but i was told there is no annual fee???? Then i went through human operator and was told only when the statement slowly generated then able to waive???? Also cannot sent the manual request for me??? (Not asking to waive but help me to send also cannot) Wailiew ...

mine was charged and auto waived without calling in . maybe you can wait for statement come and see if its the same
