exclusion list

Hi

I have read the TnCs multiple times and did not find the exclusion list for this card. Can someone advise where I will be able to get the information?

Card transactions which are not eligible for rebates include: transactions charged in a foreign currency, FlexiCash, Cash advance, Balance Transfer, 0% Instalment Payment Plans, EZ-Link, Transit Link, interest charges, late payment charges, finance charges, annual fees, reversals and other miscellaneous charges charged by a Cardmember to his/her Card.  EZ-Link and Transit Link card transactions as well as other transactions which are not eligible for rebates will not be used to calculate the minimum spend for cash rebates.

just realised overseas spend is not a qualified category for 3.33% rebate for $300 or $1000 spend. It is instead given 0.3% rebate.

only realised after spending close to 400sgd+ in foreign currency 2 months back in a local merchant. I'm appealing now.
