Brown semen is often a result of blood in the semen, known as hematospermia, which can be due to various causes, according to the Cleveland Clinic. The most common causes are injury, popped blood vessels, or an infection.

Causes of Brown Semen:
  • Injury or Popped Blood Vessels:
A minor injury or a blood vessel break in the reproductive tract can cause blood to mix with semen, resulting in a brown or reddish-brown color.
  • Infections:
Infections like urinary tract infections (UTIs) or sexually transmitted infections (STIs) can sometimes cause blood to appear in semen.

  • Prostate Problems:
Prostate issues, such as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) or prostatitis, can also lead to hematospermia.

  • Spinal Cord Injuries:
In rare cases, spinal cord injuries can cause a dark brown or black discoloration of semen, even without visible bleeding.

  • Heavy Metal Poisoning:
High concentrations of heavy metals like manganese, lead, or nickel can also cause semen discoloration, according to Vinmec.

You mean trying out homosexuals? I'm a blood donor, if I go the path of gays I cannot donate blood.

I'm 43 reaching 44 years old this year.

We broke up amicably la. No, not stupid question, but we decided to go separate so that she can pursue her business career while I can look after my family. Our aspirations differ as we age.

Wow!!

You talking like a man of 60+

I'm quite amazed no one mentioned blue pill

not good to take long term due to side effects plus have to prep/time it beforehand. whereas if u get it treated, it can be spontaneous

Yes, I've heard of people totally relying on the pill even when they don't have ED.
Look into Chinese medicine, might have long term solution
Last time my grandfather brought a Chinese recipe over and my cousin was born
