Been using the phone for about 2 weeks now. My experiences so far:
Pros :
- awesome sound quality. Plugged into my receiver, distinct better clarity compared to HTC butterfly S
- love the fingerprint unlock feature
- locking individual apps come default with flyme
- camera picture quality is awesome. slightly slow in dim environment, and once in a while need to tap on screen to refocus but all in all better than all other android phones I've used. Great camera software. Can even take slowmo vids!
- battery lasts from morning till night with about 30% to 40% left with constant 9gagging, but no games (see cons)
- no lag using balance power mode. have not found a need to use performance mode (not sure impact on battery)
- love the form factor, size and weight just nice for me.
- back covers available on ebay and aliexpress.
Cons :
- Can't play castle clash coz the phone gets very hot!
- wireless signal is weaker than the HTC and other android devices.
- notification light only seems to come in white
- dodgy meizu apps store with unofficial apps (eg. whatsapp, wechat etc) that's different from google apps store. Download anything from this store at your own risk
Final verdict :
Love the phone. IMO overall a better than any other android phone I've come across, including HTC Butterfly S, Samsung Note, LG G3. Only been 2 weeks though so not sure how long it lasts!
