Memory card error

Recently i drop my note 2 on the road, then after that it started to pop out memory card not detected, and sometimes asking me to reformat it. Anybody know whether is my memory card or phone having prob ?

Card is working after reformating? and only data is lost?

its still working, just that sometimes it would prompt the error
