Checked out couple of stores today, seems like local offerings are either bad quality or overpriced.

Coach asking $960 for a Made in China briefcase. Hard to swallow.

I using an uncle style Eminent brand, the Taiwanese luggage company. Bomb proof and functional but not stylish.

Can check out the Indie brands at Arab St area. I saw one local design leather briefcase at the corner of Bali lane facing Zam Zam / golden landmark. Several shades of leather and price is reasonable for full leather product. Design is stylish.

Price should be 300 range. Didnt hoot becos seldom use and got one dinosaur at home.

Need some opinions:

I have a set of cufflinks in the works and quite excited about it.

Here's how one end of the cufflinks is gng to look like.

Minor difference is that I'm looking at a different way of anchoring the jade. Don't want those 'hooks'.

Will be made out of vermeil, Burmese Jade and diamonds.

Question: Should I have the other end of the cufflink made up such that both ends will look identical, OR have the end (WITHOUT the jade) terminate in a vermeil knot (looks like silk knots) that was cast after buttons used on traditional Chinese garments like the Qi Pao and the Chang shan?

The other alternative is a plain rounded 'plate' that allows one to engrave one's initials.

i normally tailor made my shirts in BBK. i just random tailor.. currently using Armani tailor.. about 900 to 1200 baht per shirt.

1st day of work.

Shirt could have fitted better, but its OTR and I had to run about the office all day, had no time to take a good shot with proper posture in the morning. (Taken around 4pm)
