Another treatment that works better is the micro needling or derma roller.. there are some beauty salon selling it.
You will need to buy the meso/derma roller, a good collagen promoting serum and a aftercare gel. And you will need to learn how to use the roller, otherwise you may tear your skin.

My meso roller is 0.5mm needles, it will not bleed your skin. Professional using on their customers or patients is normally the 1.0 to 1.5mm, your skin will bleed... search in youtube for more info.
My aftercare gel is Renewderm from Korea (Korean doctors are using too), is available in Singapore. Normally after you do micro needling, you will feel a burning sensation on the skin and it is raw... after renewderm, it subsides within minutes plus it has snail extract, it repairs tissue and promote regeneration.

bird nest is a waste of money... I only knew that after I spoke to a few chinese physicians and doctors. According to the Chinese physicians, in their medical books, none ever spoke abt bird nest and its benefit.

Most of the time, our body is suppose to do its self maintaining, if you are not active to use up the supplement, you shouldn't be loading them, I'm taking abt multi-vits.

go for facial ? to remove all the blackhead/white heads on your face . I do that sometimes as my face got white/black heads.

Not necessary but is better to have... I use a cocktail of skin repair peptide from Korea. There are plenty of out there. Normally it comes in 6ml size in a box of 8.. so 6ml x 8... each time, you only need to use 2ml for 1 face. 1 box can cost up to $500 or more... Think mine was $389/box to salon, then salon will sell each treatment (2ml) to customer for like $300.

And there are cheap ones also like $20 serum/ampoules

I think the Filorga is quite good Laboratoires Filorga - Paris ?:? The FILORGA's range but I don't know the price.

If you are thinking of getting the 1.0mm, you have to get anesthetic gel/cream from pharmacy... leave on for 30min before you start. Btw anesthetic gel that is allowed to sell in Singapore is only up to 3 to 5% which is pointless sometime but better than nothing. You can buy 7% to 15% from other countries.
