If you received your SIM card at Friday, activation usually by next working day 1pm.

It is best not to receive your SIM card on Friday. If you received Wednesday, Thursday donating Telco process porting request, if it's approved, next working day by 1pm should be ready.

Zero1 couriered the sim card on Monday.
This morning my Singtel cut off.
So based on what you said, my Zero1 should activate at 1pm onwards... but

porting in from another telco, normally how long will the line be successfully activated? My previous telco line was cut off at midnight, up till now it is still not up yet.

I went to the zero1 webpage to check my account, under the tab 'My Service Management', the line is still listed as 'pending'.

still no service at 4pm. Sigh.

Just found out when I turn on my phone at 9am....

So when did your Z1 line got activated?

maybe your case no issue..just wait since only cut off today.

Mine is rotten tomato case. Now using TPG free sim to tong...just that when I was in MRT tunnel no service my friends couldn't contact me yesterday lol.

You complained abt no service on 16 Mar & you still have no service on 22 Mar?!!
How can?

So what is being done? Did they get back to you? Surely you dont want to wait out further until someone resolves yr connection problem?

I waited patiently till my patience ran out so I emailed them 2 days ago. The auto reply is they will reply to my email within 3-5 working days. So at the mean time suck thumb and wait. and hope for mercy or miracle lol. :vijayadmin:

Did u restart your phone or check that your apn is set to singtel (postpaid)

One year has pass, even baby by now already crawling, zero1 still can't deliver their promise for Apps and Data roaming.

Hopeless telco. Still wiaintg for the porting in. 5 days now and still waiting. No hktline to call. AVOID.

Please head down to their office if your numbers are not activated within the next working day.

Else you can email IMDA to investigate.

Virtual Network lea, I know they actually in indo hor...

Address is Yellow pages tpy lea...

This morning logged in to check..was happy that I saw 'progress'..the status is 'activated'..quickly go check phone..still nothing, no service, zero service. But at least, there is 'progress' :vijayadmin:

My Zero1 line is activated.

OK, I am glad its activated & working.
Thank goodness its a 1+ day delay ..

Interestingly, my My Services Management still show pending.

But as long as it works! hurray!

AFAIK, they website system and telco system is not link. I think that had to be sync manually by their poor staff.

I ported out few months ago and remove my cc information, my number still appear active on their website

Good to know that. I have just msg Zero1 on FB after reading your post. Hope they respond.
