CMLink terms and conditions.
https://www.cmlink.com/sg/legal/service-specific-terms-and-conditions.pdf

6. Roaming
6.1. Roaming refers to the use of CMLink and/or Our partners’ network when You are outside of Singapore; You will need to activate Your International Roaming service before You are able to roam.

6.2. Roaming services will be charged at rates published on Our website from time to time and Our list of
supported roaming countries is also published on Our website.

6.3. Roaming charges include Our prevailing roaming rates for overseas use of mobile data, SMS, voice calls
and additional Charges for voice calls made/received, even if such voice calls are not connected, remain
unanswered or are unsuccessful for any reason whatsoever and howsoever caused. For the avoidance of doubt, additional Charges may apply where an announcement is triggered by an unsuccessful call.

The telcos may provide confusing info like the above to play safe for them as the roaming networks may be complicated.

I received 2x +65 calls while in taiwan this month. Of course did not answer. Just muted the ringing and let it time out. Received my bill and no idd charges.

Probably the case is that roaming fee will be charged if the reject call or decline call button is pressed. If just mute it and let the call end by itself, no roaming fee (if got no iphone live voicemail to accept the call)

But someone claims if the phone rings, one will be charged even if dun do anything. Weird right? Haha.

In general, ignore the phone calls should be safe for SingTel (make sure voice message is disabled if this feature is active) and SingTel MVNOs like Zym/Zero1/VIVIFI/CMLink.

No such issues for SingTel Gomo, SingTel heya and SingTel hi! Postpaid 4G plans as they do not support roaming voice calls at all. Same for M1 Maxx and StarHub giga.

I received three voice calls from Singapore during my short one week trip to China. I ignored two calls and rejected the other call. Then I used SIMBA to call back as the calls are legitimate.

I am using SingTel S$15.28 SIM Only plan but I disabled roaming data on the phone.

Just checked my bill from SingTel and no roaming data and roaming voice call charges. I was thinking I might be charged for the rejected call but luckily it did not happen. YMMV.

Year almost ending but still no news for 5G+ sim swap?

Singtel side extends the 5G+ SIM Card exchange to 31 Jan 2026.

Zero1/Zym/VIVIFI may take longer time. CMLink does not even mention 5G+ SIM Card exchange.

I believe that Singtel cannot meet the 31-Dec-2025 target to shutdown 5G NSA network. But that is not really a hard target, just an IMDA directive.

Orange You Take 🍊🍊🍊... Delayed rolling out... 🙄😳 Wasted my money porting to Zero1 so early...
relac harry! actually hor. Singtel 5G SA is slower than 5G NSA. Saw some speedtest by those who use Singtel sim only 5G SA, not impressive though.

5G NSA still faster. Want faster 5G SA, then go with maxxie

That is not really true. It probably depends on the location and phone.

Best 5G SA speed I have seen so far comes from SingTel 5G SA.

With my own tests, SingTel 5G SA is also faster than 5G NSA using the same phone at the same location.

But yes, M1 5G SA speed can be very fast as well. Same for StarHub 5G SA.

From one Facebook group, posted by an anonymous user -- 5G SA speed from Singtel 5G+ Priority plan.
