Download singtel dash from app store or play store , it should be the easilest way to get a virtual CC

Go play store type Singtel Dash.

Install that dash app.

Run Dash App.

Type in your phone number for registration, follow on screen instructions.

Once done you will see your Virtual Visa card.

Click on it, type in your security pin.

Now that's your Virtual Visa card number.

Remember to topup when you are using it to make payment.

But I dont have singtel? :s11:

Ported out successfully last Friday and send an email to terminate and got the reply today. I've changed to a virtual cc with $0 value so see how it goes

Do you have any outstanding bill at the time of porting out? im kinda worried that the billing screw up again and the porting fail because of that.

I asked them the question a couple of weeks ago. Their response:

To retain number by port-out to other Telco, please DO NOT terminate line on your own. It will automatic terminated after the line successfully ported out. If port over to new telco completed 7 days before billing cycle end you will be billed to current billing cycle. If you miss the 7 days' time line, your service can only be terminated at the end of your next billing cycle. No refund will be given for any unused period and any accrued benefits or promotions will no longer be eligible.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused with the last bill that you received on either 29 April 2019 or 30 April 2019.
Attached is your re-validated invoice. Kindly ignore the deduction date stated in the bill as the charges payable will be charged to your credit / debit card registered with us on 9 May 2019 instead.

anyone know zero1 plan $19.9 and $13.9.. both will cap at 1mbps? or 0.5mbps?

It is progressive throttle.

1GB to unlimited:
From 1GB to 3GB is 1mbps.
From 3GB to 5GB is 768kbps.
After 5GB is 512kbps.

The original $19 plan on old system is 1mbps constant, if migrated to new system from 3GB to 10GB is 1mbps, after 10GB will be 512kbps.

Damn it. Zero1 mentioned on their website to give a 7days notice before terminate the service, but now I can't port out due to my number getting terminated also and I can't retain my current number.

This number has been with me since I got my first phone 10years ago lol.

can i have the mda email to write in also

i make a police report for error billing and terminate my cc - they dare to lie to me because of billing cycle change therefore why triple the bill while never offset or pro rated the previous month.

Maybe write in? I read that usually, telco will take 3 months before recycling any number after termination

Good luck with getting your number back! I know how precious numbers are in general, since I always hand-pick nice ones

But looking at the feedback in the thread here, the response might be slow

Porting out of number do not need to terminate your zero1 line! U only terminate if u do not want the num and services

I only wanted to terminate my service with zero1 ,cos I read somewhere that zero1 need 7days notice before I can port out. I gave a 7days termination of service, not knowing it also terminate my number

Isn't it common sense that if you want to terminate your service, means they terminate your number?:s22:
