Hi Ray, Doris,

If you are reading this, thank you for your time. Understand that you have given new port-in customer 50GB JPKRAU data, and I have seen this VAS in my account services on the first week of January, then it was gone. I suppose it was not supposed to be given to exisiting customers.

Today, eight upgraded its 5G plans to include China, Japan and South Korea to its APAC roaming list. The $14.80 plan gives customers 28GB APAC+CN+SK, while $18 plan gives extra destination to Japan. They also include 8GB International Roaming.

Maybe it is time to upgrade our plans to provide more data for people going to China, South Korea and Japan? Spring is coming, Singaporeans will be travelling to see cherry blossoms soon, so it's timely you upgrade our plans to match or better up. Simba set the benchmark and now eight better up.

I hope you can improve by offering 30GB APAC roaming, 10GB International Roaming, and crucially, 100 minutes of IDD call? Thank you on behalf of all Zero1 customers on HWZ.

CC: @kelvinti

Regards

No .. if you have 2 SIM enabled on the phone you can choose which sim to use for phone calls i.e SIM 2 Roaming sim even if it doesn't have call minutes
Wasn't this for outbound call only and has no impact on inbound call ?

ignore this..
Then how did you deal with incoming calls to your MVNO number? Reject/don't pick up and call back with roaming sim (international number)? Very few people in SG will pick up international numbers....

Hi everyone. It will be great if I can get some info on this.

If I sign up for port in today, is it correct that the first payment would be January (pro rated) of around 11 days + February (whole month) as well?

Seems like there is a 7 days notice period for port out too. Would I then be able to port out around mid to end Feb?

first payment will be the plan's whole month fee. your payment for the next bill will be the pro-rated amount for 11 days. after that will resume monthly fee.

You pay 1 month in advance and next month will be prorated based you your sign in date.

When you have successfully subscribed for a mobile plan online, the relevant charges including the first month subscription fee, value-added services and registration fees, if any, will be charged to your credit / debit card automatically. This is no different from any reputable e-commerce site.

Thanks for the replies.

Not sure if I'm getting it right haha.

Lets say it is $7.06/month. That means the first bill I will be charged during sign up will be $7.06 and the second bill in Feb will only be the pro rated amount (11 days) right?

What about the port out? Possible to do so around late February?
