Hi Ray, Doris,
If you are reading this, thank you for your time. Understand that you have given new port-in customer 50GB JPKRAU data, and I have seen this VAS in my account services on the first week of January, then it was gone. I suppose it was not supposed to be given to exisiting customers.
Today, eight upgraded its 5G plans to include China, Japan and South Korea to its APAC roaming list. The $14.80 plan gives customers 28GB APAC+CN+SK, while $18 plan gives extra destination to Japan. They also include 8GB International Roaming.
Maybe it is time to upgrade our plans to provide more data for people going to China, South Korea and Japan? Spring is coming, Singaporeans will be travelling to see cherry blossoms soon, so it's timely you upgrade our plans to match or better up. Simba set the benchmark and now eight better up.
I hope you can improve by offering 30GB APAC roaming, 10GB International Roaming, and crucially, 100 minutes of IDD call? Thank you on behalf of all Zero1 customers on HWZ.
