Yes, busy transferring names cos got cash on hand to fully pay off my properties and no regrets.

Primary 5 still drawing models, don't think start algebra yet. But as a very intelligent kid, of course I have the knowledge far ahead of my peers but still have to do what the teachers wants. :o

3 years later, pray for me the keppel bay BTO release then I can apply just nice... Stay 5 years then rent it out for 4.5k/month.

My kids have been learning algebra since primary 5 on top of drawing models. But I told them good IQ can only get u this far w/o good EQ.
GSW is gonna be twice The size of Punggol and there will be 9000 housing to be built in the next 5-10years. There could be more.
If I’m the owner of reflection, Corals, Caribbean, I would have my exit plan planned ahead of this.
While the hype is on GSW, buy with caution as competition is bound to happen there.

Keppel BTO release may be price at Pinnacle resale price level too or with added conditions, in order to prevent ppl from flipping and to encourage genuine owner occupiers to buy.

For sure, it won’t come cheap la. And it’s likely to oversubscribe too.

Won’t Be so straightforward, given that the market have seen many million dollar Pinnacle transactions.

I doubt it would be release in 3 years time too, maybe 5-7 years time at its earliest.

I just realized my agent sent me this last mth I didn't pay too much attention. Maybe because of this news :s13:

Reflections will be an emotional buy if I were to get it. I remember when it first launched I did kind of dream of owning it someday. =:p

It’s my dream too but the maintenance fee at reflection and corals is the turn off factor.
Not forgetting those cheaper psf reflection units has big big pillars or pointed sharp slanted corners in the unit. Those units facing Golf course is going to experience construction noise in the next few years after more housing built in that area.

Here $1k EC also complain ex & they talk about those $3k FH condo.

There is only 1 way and that is up. You see $3k psf today, 5 years later $4k psf is the norm. All these while you are trying to "talk down" the prices. LOL

People like to laugh but end of the day only those that bought laugh to their bank to cash the cheque

I don't have to talk up the price. The price is already being launched at higher and higher amount. Amber Road $2.8k psf, Meyer road $3k psf. Don't be surprised if future development in that area will be priced at $3.1k psf! And guess what? People are buying! Why? Precisely because demand outstrip supply.

People are buying because they don't have a choice if they want new launch and with the significantly smaller unit sizes, quantum is still there.

And... Do you know what is the meaning of "outstrip"? Let me tell you, it means "move faster than and overtake". If "demand outstrip supply" as you claim, there would not be a rising number of unsold units in a market.

Since you believe in a guaranteed appreciation of prices, please act on it and hoot a unit at meyer mansion. Cheers!

seems like the final launch price was up to 7% discount from the indicative pricing....

2 bedder, city-facing wasn't as well-received either...

If the demand does not outstrip supply gov wouldn't need to impose so many cooling measures. Remember these sales are done inspite of cooling measures. You take out the cooling measures, demand will spike so high you will see $10k psf in CBD!

THank the cooling measures for preventing a huge crash that you would't want to see. And its euphoric people like you that will be hurt the most in the crash.
