This feels like a paid advertisement? There are a couple of D15 launches along Meyer/Amber that are more convenient that MM, which is 10 mins walk from TE24?

Yup the stretch of D15 launches at Meyer Road would all benefit imo.

Don’t think it’s a paid ad though since Meyer Mansion did not get any of the property guru annual awards.

MM sales has been quite terrible so far, and they have cut prices by 5% for the lower 3BR units recently (on top of “launch discounts”). Still no uptakers...

Some food for thought reviving this Meyer Mansion thread.

Took a grab ride today and spoke on property locale with the driver asking him which location he thought was best to get a property if he had the cash, his answer was East Coast. Reason being it’s near to the beach, near CBD, near airport, near PLB. jus sharing.

Right from the start $2700psf was shocking enough to scare aunty polar to fall down. Thus not surprised at all.

Did the developer declare any % of units “sold”? Inclusive of infinite reissue
