Try to copy sd card to a ssd or something, more stable can last longer.

old samsung hp used to kill microsd cards. Dunno if this bug still exists.

if data is readable, copy out.
then try format - if cannot, just discard and get new one.

(on some old stubborn ones, i used dd on linux box to force wipe, then format as usual, or discard).

Ya my dashcam sandisk micro sd oso spoil recently. I bought a new endurance sandisk micro sd. Its quite expensive compared to normal one. Hopefully can last.
