Yeah, it's better, but Microsoft should not have offered a refurbish set. The more I read this thread the less I want to buy a Surface Pro 3. It's ok if they offer a refurbished set to replace a faulty unit that has been in use for a few months, but to replace a new unit with a refurbished one?

Time for me to bring my cash to better use then, maybe a slim gaming notebook~ :s12:

those that pre-ordered, you getting the 256gb or 128gb model?

i'm at a loss actually, i was thinking of getting the 128gb then buy a class 10 flash for add-on. my worry is the lifespan of the SP3.

you guys getting the 2 year microsoft care?

I still waiting not sure when it might actually arrive... as long as I do not see a physical set right before my eyes. I not in the rush to get it just yet.

I got the 256gb, cause its 8gb ram.. gonna run some vm on it for training purposes

This is great.... but I wonder about the cpu have to work alot harder... and becomes alot hotter, is there any one here with SP2 check out vm whether does it cause higher cpu processing and heat ? I believe graphics apps would or I might be wrong. Most reviews have not much depth.

Has anyone been able to buy a SP3 from the microsoft store using forwarder like HSG or CGW? I'm not sure if my credit cards are the problem or the ship to address is the problem. I still have a US debit card that I haven't tried... but the last thing I want to do is to transfer money over there then to find out they can't ship to HSG anyway.

i have bought before though not SP3, i used CGW with no issue and used sg issued credit card. but why would you buy from US when it is available in sg from nxt month.

Man really? I have no idea why I can't make it work then. Can you tell me what kind of credit card did you use? Did you just put in a SG billing address?

Well let's just say it's kind of urgent that I need the device right now.

u need to put in US address provided to you by CGW. microsoft online store can accept any credit card from sg.

Well technically you can't enter a Singapore billing address because you can't choose the country.

...though my banks tell me they are authorizing the payments. How about the shipping address? Did you just put in everything including the c/o part?
