Anyone has this problem on their SP3?

Not sure if it can be seen from the picture but the 'hole' for the speaker is a bit disfigured not sure if it is a black stain that can be wiped off, or if it is a scratch or the bezel chipped off..

If it's chipped off then really quite heart pain because I have never dropped it or even hit it before. If exchange, may end up with an even uglier one that has functional problems
