My bro is playing dota 2 on his surface pro. From what I see, surface pro can support it well. Just that when playing, the fan is spinning furiously.

Windows RT takes one and a half days to convert a 7min powerpoint to video mp4.Tegra 3 really cannot make it. Got powerpoint 2013 also no use with that kind of speed. Worst than atom.

I am looking for a cheaper alternative to the microsoft HD digital AV adaptor to display on TV.

Anyone with surface rt managed to get something that fits? I read online that a micro hdmi to hdmi cable might work. Anyone tried?

I am using micro hdmi to hdmi cable with my surface rt and it works perfectly fine. Got it from amazon.

I had the honour to touch a Surface Pro 2 thanks to one of the bro who came to try the screen guard.

Anyway, he bought from open surface which i think is very brave to bring in the surface pro 2 and do everyone a favour.

I went sim Lim and got one of those micro hemi to hemi cable. Then use hdmi cable to connect the surface to the TV. It works. But I seldom use it. Damage is $8 (Only micro hdmi to hdmi converter)
