Osim bought back some shares on 27 Dec last year. That means they are certain that there will be an increase in price. 524 lots @ 1.683. Now price already risen 1.775. When they announced, I think the current price more or less already factored in.

thanks souldealer for the analysis! will keep that in mind :)

What's your analysis on ChinaTaisan?
S5eF9un.png

I mentioned before that these kind of micro pennies really hard to TA actually... Anyway 200ma is at about 5.9c. First resistance is about 6.6 and subsequently 6.8c

It looks like momentum is dying though.... look at the sizes of the flag poles plus declining size of MACD. I believe it will drop back to 5.7c the 20ma line. Whether it will bounce there, will determine if the BB is still in... It will be good if it can keep closing above 5.9c BUT I'm of the opinion it should drop and break the 5.7c support. (this is based on FA as fabric industry seems be suffering from near term outlook weakness and declining margins... Foreland had issued profit warning earlier)

Trade safely..

Genting HK

How abt Genting HK?

I posted earlier on genting hk.. will update again.

Ooops just realised I didn't share the chart although I did track it earlier

soEN920.png

Daily shows bearish divergence on MACD although my initial target of 46c hasn't hit yet.. I think some bros here know i noticed the move from this counter at 39c before it even hit 41c and retraced. This was shown by the breakout of the triangle.

Those who have been vested under 40c.. can consider holding n waiting whilst the gap between 40.5-42c remains as support. (I personally don't view a gap as closed unless there is a solid candle body covering the gap. I know others view it in another way)

The weekly candle shows a doji.... signifying indecision. This however could potentially be an "evening star". Trader have to becareful as the trend might be turning.

Those vested, do consider if you can hold n see if the support holds, or if taking profit now is most appropriate for your risk appetite.

One thing that is positive is that the price is above all MAs for both daily and weekly, which in general, signifies a bullish trend.

OSIM

Hi milo what do you think of osim?earnings coming out on 31st january le..with the china economy recovering..do you think it is a good time to buy in?

Personally I don't like the bearish divergence on MACD.
So far, it has tested 1.815 over the last few months but failed to break it. Support remains at about 1.76-1.77 where the support line and 20MA is. Next support at 50ma 1.74. Watch the breaking of the support line though, it might be a triangle breakdown... The drop might be 13-15c worth to close to 1.60-1.65.

On the positive note, the next time it tests 1.815, the chances will be pretty high of breaking it and heading higher by 13-15c.

But do consider those comments by Souldealer and Sinkie above.. in my opinion, this stock is abit thinly traded and will drop very fast if the major player decides to dump due to some adverse news.

Sky Petrol

Milo, can do a FA for sky china petrol??

Alot of things to dig....

This counter was hit by both US downgrade (Aug 2011) and EY's resignation as auditors (Oct 2011) due to the CEO's other company in US being investigate for fraud.

Subsequently Grant Thornton was hired as auditors and gave an unqualified opinion. The Audit Committee had also done an internal review and issued a statement that the cash in China is real.

Moving on the announcement late last year.
THE PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF 49% EQUITY INTEREST OF XINGHAI AND PROFIT WARNING FOR FOURTH QUARTER

They are selling the company at a loss and Q4, YTD figures wouldn't look good with the impairment expense. Looks like they are cutting loss since the owners don't see eye to eye and business doesn't seem that profitable. Will be interesting to see what they really do with the proceeds.

Q3 results
mzEXYrL.jpg

Much lower due to currency... Also, I don't know what the $3m loss on disposal earlier in the year is (I didn't go dig). I does make me wonder if the company is overpaying for assets, not buying the right assets or if they are not taking care of their assets.

Personally I don't like to see line items like "Due to director". Is the company really short of cash to owe director money?

MgpblpY.jpg

I haven't seen "customer relationships" being capitalised as intangible assets before... I wonder if it's an attempt to buff up the balance sheet.

This disposal mentioned earlier will hit EPS of ~3c and NTA of 4c.

The good thing is profit margin is high for rental of rigs. But the bad thing is the lowered renewed rental. If they can use the proceeds from the sales to renew their rigs to increase efficiency, that will help the prospects.

Do note they are moving out of the transportation line with the sale of the ship.

Overall... my advice is not to invest too much into this company even though EPS and NAV might be attractive. They need to increase their revenue from rental of rigs in 2013.

Milo, what do you think of neo group? FA wise good? can help help me look? thanks much bro.
hmm I looked at SGX and noticed they only announced results once so far...

I don't like to look at the first set of announced results (after ipo) as they tend to be "packaged" more nicely.

I'll do an FA after they announce their next set of results. Do remind me. Thanks

In all honesty, I don't have much of an opinion here but the chart remains bull with the price above all my MAs.... watch the 39.5-40c support.

Once again, watch the 200wma 39.5c support... but I don't like those long upper tail candles...

Trade carefully
