the number 0.022 is just a level im comfortable to buy if u ask me whether can hoot ipco to 'hold' and 'pray'

not surprising... i was banking on a push.. and it happened today...

I was trading it as an all time high stock and it broke out further today.

Anyway I don't like education centres to invest... look at raffles education :S
