Mobile network isn't available

hi all,

using xiaomi 7 hp. m1 network. keep getting mobile network isn't available. on/off wifi, data, reset phone. end up 9 out of 10 cannot get msg/calls, affecting my work. call m1 they say nothing wrong. issit network issue or what? can someone help? thanks.

Location? Read the M1 thread - coverage isn't the most ideal, as reported by so many fellow forumers. The thread title is pretty self-explanatory, as is the large number of complaints. YMMV.

if it doesn't work for you, try another operator that is not on M1's network.

Read for yourself. I also switched. Easily more than a hundred affected lines just in the last few pages of that thread.

Many people stuck with M1 mainly because of cheaper roaming, but people spend most of their 365 days of the year in Singapore, so it's really quite silly to save a few dollars and suffer the rest of the time imo. Especially if you can't receive work calls from clients and associates.
