For me 250 gram of hor fan, I use 10 grams dark soy sauce, 7 grams light soy sauce. You can try it out

tried using those packet chicken stock b4...
this one is use woh hup stock with black pepper sauce...
another time tried with knorr powder for the gravy...

Haha did nothing much, is frozen prawn so is already processed to have the firm crunchy feel. Just blanch the prawn before throwing into the gravy to cook together for whileWah you prawn looks good.

chiu 8 dola for 2 pax moi that day post moi de hofun also about that price. moi no need use gas and time to cook because mo go buy outside.actually for this horfun the kway teow abt $1, veg & mushroom $0.5, prawn & fish $6, egg $0.3 plus seasoning etc roughly $8 for 2pax
