For forex, it is so unpredictable so there isn't really a good time... If you think you will be traveling soon, better change or the worst may come. If you travel is still months away, you can still gamble with time.

When I was in HK last month, it was 6.43 here and 6.2 in HK. Now the rate is simply terrible.
