Near Lim Chi Yuan branch in Peoples Park Complex
Also next to the escalator which leads you up to the overhead bridge that links you from People's Park complex to Lucky Chinatown.

have you tried arcade? the spread there is lower.

raffles mrt there rate is always higher, but i don't work at raffles so bo bian, only can change on weekends and chinatown vs mustafa, i live nearer to chinatown...
but take note, chinatown mostly have minimum 500SGD exchange requirement.

i rem last 2011 July, rate was 6.4.
Nov 2011, rate highest 6.2 for a few hours only
Dec 2011, rate so bad. so sad.

everyone, when u see good rate, just change, when go holiday sure useful one.

tip:
if u use singapore credit card withdraw $ from the atm machines, try to withdraw more than 500HKD or get all at one shot, because all hongkong ATM (hsbc or dbs or etc) will charge Flat rate of 5SGD exactly to ur acct for the withdrawal. i withdrew 2x diff amt, thinking maybe 5-10% of amt withdraw, when i saw my bill, its 5SGD flat fee.

You can withdraw the MAX amount for ATM(in SGD) to minimise the S$5 charge, just depends on the exchange rate of the bank on that day. :)
