which monitors did you guys move on to? I have not found a glossy 27" 1440p monitor that can match 27Q so far

I was on 2 x CrossOver 27Q 27 inch QHD monitor. Then upgrade to 1 x LG 43inch 4K monitor with matte screen.

Personally I prefers matte screen over glossy ones.
