Wait until you seen dell ultra-sharp series monitors, they are the apple killers for me. They do not come cheap though.

Because glossy finish allows for easier high contrast eye-popping colours, especially in retail showcase.

Though for getting work done or long hours of usage, matte finish has become a must-have for me
