never heard of ,i was thinking of getting one myself a few weeks ago till my friend told me that china made a lot of fake ones on their basic models that i got scared and bought a faber castell pen .

Anyway...if you want discount you can get from watch dealers who bring in Mont Blanc too. Like Vincent Watch all these no problems

I think if you want a Mont Blanc, best of all if you can really afford it. Don't get me wrong, not that I'm against buying cheaper original Mont Blancs but it's more like a symbol of your status. If you like the brand and can afford it, just doing research on where is cheaper - then by all means

I was given 2 Mont Blanc pens a while ago from my father, who himself got it as gifts too. But I still keep them sealed in box coz i'll look like a rich spoilt student using a luxurious fountain pen.

Btw I still have them around untouched, if you're interested I can look for it

Run as far away as you can...when it seems too good to be true it is!

Not exactly a fan of expensive pens but sometimes certain accessories are necessary to gain the client's confidence.

I still prefer my Pilot G1 anyday.

There's a shop in peninsular plaza ground floor selling watches and pens, I think it's King Wah. Their Mont Blanc pens are much cheaper than boutique. Even refill is like half price that of the boutique.

Cheaper if u had frens who work as staffs. Staff discount up to 40%.

getting a MB pen from the boutique usually means no discount. try getting it from an AD... might have 10-15% discount. if you're lucky, 20% is possible too.
