There is a shop on level 2 of People's Park Complex or Centre (Can't remember the exact name) selling MB pens and accessories. I got mine from them at a discount some time back.

Fook Hing at Bras Basah

Best place to get fountain pens in SG imo

Alternatively, you can try Elephant & Coral or Aesthetics Bay

the ink can last a long time

Definitely. Most people dont use mont blanc pen like a work pen, prob to impress or for client/themselves sign impt docs. Even if use as a work pen, in this day n age, u are more likely to use computer or other devices most of the time than to write. Maybe sec school student use MB pen then ink will run out fast..

get 149 to use as daily writer but not as a prostitute to share with clients, even their bottle inks much cheaper than bp/rollerball refills

those high end $$$$$ rollerballs or bp, is about as shiok as its $10 refill :s8:

Thought you can just go to any boutique to do it?

Don't change yourself if unsure. Once I turned wrong way - mechanism broke. Cost me $100 many years back to fix it!

why do people buy mont blanc if want a nice pen? Is that the only brand to choose from?
Surely there must be others

there are guides on how to tell genuine MB pens verus fake. the rasin itself is red actually. shine a flashlight behind the black housing and it should turn out dark red. also, the front of the refill is screwed into the housing. there is also serial number at the cap clip. there are other tell tales also.
