I enrolled in the 5.8% promo. Is there anywhere in the app that shows me that am enrolled & the due date for the 2 months period?

Go to Me, click on promos, click on the 5.8% banner. So long the banner is there, you can see how much funds are invested in the promo and number of days left. The banner will likely disappear on 23 Jan, the expiry date of the promo, unless extended again. So keep your own record of the last day.

I see the promo for new period with deadline ending Jan 23rd. Did not see my subscription or days left. When I go to my accounts, I see my subscription to Fullerton SGD liquidity Fund but do not see the no. of days left.

You click on the 5.8% banner and no details of how much funded and days left? When did you start? It takes 1-2 days to reflect. Did you click on the promo to join?

Did you receive a message in Event Push Notification that you successfully joined the promo?

I disabled push on my phone, not sure where else to check. I chat with CSO & they checked & confirmed enrolled. Once 60 days is up, I can then do an immediate withdrawal of my funds right?

Do we need to pay any fees when buy and sell the sgd cash fund?
And what is the diff between cash and liquidity fund? Seems to be similar as both are on bank deposits and government securities?

My 30days have ended, received the coupons for 5.8%. I cant enroll again as its still ongoing?

I too had the same complaint about not being able to see the count down etc despite following the steps that other forummers here gave.. Did not top up more after that but somehow after about 2 weeks, the countdown started and was backdated... Not sure why the delay but i ended up toping up more (thereafter new funds were included in the counter within 2 working days)...

do we guys withdraw all from moomoo/webull (their latest USD 3K promo) to prepare for their CNY promo in case they need fresh funds?
