What time does moo moo credit the interest for previous day? Have to withdraw after receiving this else lugi 1 day interest.

I opened moomoo in feb and deposited 50k on 5 feb, now I received the 6.8% coupon ($124.91), so for day 32 to 60 i still can get 5.8% right?

Btw, i also can use this 124.91 and add into the fund, right?

Ok, i WhatsApp the CS, after the 6.8% 31 days then back to normal rate liao, no more 5.8%.

I also have the US stock bundle which only unlocked on 6 May 2024 and need to maintain average 10k for 90 days.

So i should withdraw 40k and maintain 10k till 6 May 2024, right? Thanks

U have the condition to fulfill in order to unlock us stock, in this case maintain 10k. So just do it and withdraw the remaining or u can keep it there for 3.7-8%

Which promo you referring to? The 5.8% 6.8% promo allow existing Fullerton Cash Fund to also enjoy the extra returns but cap at a max for different period of days and a minimum fresh fund monies .

Based on last latest promo fresh fund 10k cap at 50k for the 20 day period means if you got 40k existing before the promo they qualify. So assume rules no change for next similar promo existing monies keep to around 40k.

There must be a lot of pple withdrawing everyday, I wonder how often they do this cos it's simply not feasible if many pple are withdrawing and they withheld it and call.

The other issue is, what if we did not answer their call, then can they use it as an excuse to hold on to the funds?

Ya, so whenever I see the funds not transferred after a few hours, I will contact CS in the app to enquire. I have a few hundred k in there so 1 day late is like 30 to 50 sgd lost. But I think their kpi is one working day.

Personally I find it annoying, even when I withdraw a small amount, they would ask for a reason, feels odd to need to give a reason for moving my own money.

Some ppl tell me it might be useful as an additional security measure in the event the phone is compromised by scammers, however I am not so sure about that.

Can I check the monies you put inside is borrowed monies elsewhere or say family relative etc monies? You seem very concerned on interest and time to get monies which is nothing wrong actually but I am just curious aka KPO

No lah. Cos i don't see such problem with banks and thus I am very particular about moomoo. Especially when everyday is $ ticking. Enough to buy a meal.

Have to understand the downside of such investment in future.
