Need advice pls. It has been a month plus since I first register and put in a fund for this 6.88% promo. But up till now, I still didnt see the 6.88% interest credited in

I use 2 methods to check but see nothing
1st method, on my app, I go Accounts >> Funds and view Total Return column

2nd methods , I go Me >> Coupons

Or is it the method I check is incorrect?

Think need wait up to 7 business day for the coupon to appear. That coupon only give you the daily extra returns x days. If you want all 6.8%, you must sell all plus coupon then can.

Should be daily except weekend which they add together Tuesday give. Position Details - Revenue Details

in my case, is it because it's my first purchase hence takes longer for P&L to be posted? in this case any idea will it be accrued over the past few days as well?

Has anyone participated in the 6.8% more than once (not overlap). Ie completed 1 cycle and withdraw everything. And participate in the cycle once again?

I read the t&c it says each can only participate event once, but the cso says can do it again. Hence confused and seeking help from people here thanks!

You can follow revhappy use wife account to play. But if you no wife then a bit hard maybe use mistress account but capital come out from you backend.

my 40days 6.8 matured today and moomoo change the promo rule yesterday.
now the reward will be issued after 16/7/2024 and also you cannot make any withdrawal before they issue the coupon

New/Revised TNC:​

13. When will the cash reward from 6.8%p.a. be issued?​

The cash reward will be issued according to the following scenarios:

Scenario 1
If your activity period (20/40/60 day) has ended before 16/7/2024 9:59pm SGT, the reward will be issued within 14 working days after 16/7/2024 9:59PM SGT.

Scenario 2
If your activity period (20/40/60 day) is ending after 16/7/2024 9:59PM SGT, the reward will be issued within 7 working days after the end of the countdown timer on the event landing page.

During the event period (1/4/2024. 10:00PM SGT to 16/7/2024, 9:59PM SGT), please maintain the net deposit asset in account (any asset type including stocks/ funds/ cash etc). Otherwise the reward eligibility may not be fulfilled even if you have completed the holding period of 20/40/60 day.

Event extended to 16/7, only after 16/7 then can withdraw (ie net deposit), no need to wait for coupon.

If your own promo end after 16/7, a different rule apply.

We all should send in complaints to Moomoo, new tnc should only apply to new joiners from 20 May, should not be retrospective as customers already have plans to use the money when promo matures!

And we are not even notified until you posted here!
