Must contact them. I find their process is quite manual and error prone.

I clearly chose #1(guaranteed fund yield) in whatsapp but they gave me #2 (stock coupon).

Contacted them again to "complain" :)
They gave me #1 and invalidated #2

Never gonna trust moo moo again. They promise you sky when asking you to cancel you withdrawal but after cancellation they twist their words

Immediately after I withdraw $15000 from my Fullerton cash plus account, someone from the marketing team called me to offer me 5% interest if I cancel the withdrawal. I asked is the process very troublesome, she told me she will help me to register , I just need to initiate a cancellation of the withdrawal and wait for 10 days. I do not need to do anything they will update in their backend. So I did the cancellation. I have also asked do I need to place an additional 5k to get the 5%. They say no.

The next day when I check the 15000 is parked under cash, so i called to see what's happening they told me I have to use the funds to buyback my Fullerton cash funds and wait for 10 days and they will issue the coupons to me. So I asked what happened after coupon is issued they say I can used the coupon to buy the cash funds and keep for 60days to enjoy the 5%.

It might sound OK to you, but I feel being misled. Also it might be caused by the language barrier

Is it top up cashplus returns to 5%pa? So essentially u have to keep the cash for 70 days (10 days to get coupon + 60 days with 5% p.a returns coupon). I think still worth it if u are really not doing anything with the cash. Else I guess you can still withdraw and don't get the coupon. But the 10 days to get coupon is time wasting and indeed a bit misleading.

I don't mind the 10+60 days of waiting, but I am unhappy because I mention to them very clearly that I do not need to do anything after I do a cancellation for the withdrawal and they agree to register and settle it for me. The hassle of waiting for funds to come back and put back to fullerton cashplus and waiting for coupon and reapply I feel very tedious just for the $40 is not worth. I rather put the money in chocolate and earn 3.6% much easier.

Also very difficult to understand their English with the strong Chinese accent.

usually i just chat with them on app. easier. seldom call them. if call them, then will try to speak them in mandarin. some terms that i duno then will use english.

not only that you can't withdraw the remaining amount in your Fullerton cashplus account, I am not sure is for the first 10 days or the whole of 70 days
