Hi just have a quick ones here.

assume I place $20, 000 in on 1 April 2024. Subscription starts 2 days later on 3 April 2024. Assume on 21 April 2024, which is exactly 18 days since the day it subscribed, I have additional spare $40, 000 to add in , how does the additional fund gets calculated in terms of days for the 6.8% promotion ? Because it should be the tier for 40 days by then.
will moomoo consider the whole lump sum at $60,000 at 6.8% for the remaining 22 days ?

or

it by 23 April 2024, which is exactly 20 days, only the remaining $40000 will be considered for the 6.8% rate while the earlier $20000 will continue to enjoy the base 3.x% interest ?

Whole 60k @ 6.8% for remaining 22 days.

Now 80k at 30days then need to urgently withdraw 30k. So I will be getting 6.8 of 80k for 30 days + 6.8%of 50k for 10days?

Logically you are correct. But take note of the following tncs:

10. Can I withdraw my money at any time?​

You can redeem your investment in the fund at any time, but the 20/ 40/ 60-day extra return period will not be paused. The countdown starts once it is activated. Making your first subscription after completing the deposit tasks activates the 20/ 40/ 60-day enjoyment period. No lock-ins, you can redeem or increase your position at any time during this period.

However, if clients withdraw funds from the account, causing the total fresh fund* deposited to fall below the minimum qualifying fresh fund of S$10,000, they will no longer be eligible for the extra return reward. For example, if a client initially deposits S$10,000 and subscribe to Cash Plus, they are eligible for 6.8%p.a. guaranteed return for 20 days. And during the holding period, they withdraw S$8,000 from their account (resulting in net shortfall in fresh funds of of S$2,000) 6.8%p.a. guaranteed return will be invalidated and any additional return reward earned while they are subscribed will be forfeited.

Note:

Utilisation of the Cash Plus SGD direct withdrawal feature will result in a direct deduction from the SGD money market fund with the lowest 7-day yield. If client's Moomoo Cash Plus holding for the 6.8% p.a. campaign falls under the SGD fund with the lowest 7-day yield, there will be a direct redemption from the fund subscribed to 6.8%p.a. and in turn affect your final return rewards earned under the promotion.

In Aug 2023, I tried with 10k on basis of hit and run because I perceived risk. I have already withdrawn my capital and I am left with an amount total assets of $535 which I am willing to leave there to see how it goes.

The cash will typically arrive within 3 days, the coupon is archived and will not be gone, it can still be retrieved via (in app) Me>Coupons>Records

[Records] is a grey tab on the upper right side, it is clickable. Go in and click the coupon you have redeemed and you can see the progress, probably by clicking history.

I didn't see any 6.8 % coupon after clicking Me>Coupons>Records. Or this coupon will only appear after 30 days upon account opening?

After you top up & subscribe to the funds, the counter will start, Once the stipulated period has met, it will take 7 days or earlier to see the additional cash coupon. Once u redeem it, will take another 2-3 days to appear in your acct.

submitted a redemption of my cash fund in the morning before 9am and till now still haven't get posted (message stated receive by 8pm). contacted the agent and got told it's due to upstream reason and i have to wait for another day. this is quite bad.. consider the stock price will be different the next day and i need the cash to buy it on another platform

I got my cash coupon redeemed successfully after 2 - 3 business days. Navigating these "new age" trading apps can be challenging.

Have to manually redeem. In fact, I don't recall any notification about 1k cash coupon issued to me until I ask about the additional interest to cover 6.8% pa. Thankfully, no expiry date on the cash coupon.

Yup tats fine. Just don't 1 withdraw with 200k. 190k max if not wrong. Read it somewhere from reddit. He was charged like $18.

Lol my current 6.8% interest promo just ended abd rstI just withdraw 10k also offered $20. But not gonna take it unless can confirm new 6.8% interest promo I can rollover and continue to participate.
