Did u kenna? Pls make noise to CSO. More pple complain may help. I already complained.
u complain but still not showing up the subscribed amount and countdown days on the promo page. might as well redeem and subscribe again. i can redeem and suscribe within 1 hour on same day.

Why do you have to redeem and subscribe again, when it is not your fault but a system event banner error? Deal with CS, not cso!

By doing it, it helps you to monitor/track your countdown days, that's the only benefit. But will you lose returns by doing it?

No, you do not need to complete the subscription on the event page. Once you have registered and completed the deposit tasks, you can purchase Cash Plus through [Funds] > [Cash Plus] on your app.
No losing of returns. I still get the daily returns

Which fund u subscribed? Was the counter updated on same day so enjoyed the full 30 days for the full sum? I did resubscribe but it's not immediately registered.

Guys, take note. After CSO unable to explain, CSO told me they are amending the terms to state subscription only after 5 days will be counted. Bunch of jokers. Anyone knows the correct channel to report to MAS? This is defrauding customers after customer has deposited and subscribed their monies and openly telling it to me lol.

The loss amount is small in this case but just can't believe Moomoo can screw up their promo more than once and try to amend terms! Would they do the same if larger sums are involved?...

You redeem must wait for monies to arrive correct? How to redeem and subscribe within 1 hour of same day?

If you deposit on 1st day then you still can get the daily returns just no 1.68% extra. But when you redeem and resubscribe lose 2 days of returns just to tap that Subscribe button.

Yup same understanding.
While chatting with cs on why promo not showing subscribed amount. Cs explained those 5 days thing. Then asked me redeem, I just did then after a while he asked subscribe then I just follow. Surprisingly I can see the entire amount when subscribe, so I just did. And I never lose any daily returns

That means they IT backend play cheat. I should have talked to CSO like you. I already redeem wait 1 day resubscribe the next day when monies arrive. Moomoo screw up this time round.

Not true. I did to other moomoo account without cs intervention. Result is same
Redeemed at 13aug 9.15am. subscribed at 13aug 9.39am.

You mean redeem immediately monies come back to Universal account? Sure? Please show screenshot redeem monies come back within 1 hour transaction. I want take to CSO and complain why mine follow so late

Look at your Aug 14 Redeem it shows working isn't it? Where got within 1 hour get monies?

I guess you like the other reader you all mean different stuff. I think you meant if Redeem is completed you can immediately Subscribe this I know. My question is when you tap Redeem within 1 hour can get monies?

Click redeem and status still show working then I within tat 30+mins span of time I can click subscribe with the same amount that I redeemed earlier!

I uploaded above is when both redeem and subscribe completed. I no longer be able to prove my above points. Up to u believe or not as long as it works for me!

Moomoo has just changed the terms and conditions, you can go read it under "How to Participate" paragraph 2:

2.Please ensure the 5-day deposit period has end before completing the 2 tasks. Otherwise, the tasks will not be marked in progress.

What a shady company..

Please correct if my interpretation is wrong. For this promo (5 Aug - 5 Sep 2024), based on the TnC clause 16, it seems to suggest that we can FUND our account, and SUBSCRIBE to Cash Plus within the first 5 days to qualify for the 30 days Cash Plus extra 1.68% boost. (The TnC example used was 5 August: "deposited and subscribed S$50,000 ........ ")

16. If I subscribe a cumulative of S$80,000 in Cash Plus at different times within 30 days, how much is eligible for up to 6.8% p.a.?

The final return will be calculated according to your first Cash Plus subscription based on the 30-day enjoyment period and the membership tier you have selected.

For example: Assuming you have deposited and subscribed S$50,000 on 5/8/2024 and you make another S$30,000 deposit and subscription into the same cash plus fund on 8/8/2024 and hold it till the end of the enjoyment period. You will enjoy up to 6.8%p.a. return on your first S$50,000 subscription during the first 3 days and subsquently S$80,000 for the remaining 27 days during the 30-day enjoyment period.
Moomoo has just changed the terms and conditions under "How to Participate" para 2:

"Please ensure the 5-day deposit period has end before completing the 2 tasks. Otherwise, the tasks will not be marked in progress."

So there you have it...

27. Can I complete the 2 tasks during the 5-day deposit period?

No, the task can only be completed after the 5-day deposit period has end. However, do note that the 2 tasks are required to be completed within the 60-day net asset maintenance period.

(This does not affect me as I am happy to track manually on my own, ie the tasks will not be marked in progress - referring to the event banner which helps you monitor your countdown and amt)

New joiners should take note!
