Not only do premiums rise as time goes by, but insuren companies retain the right to revise the coverage details. Then the final step is for the agent to tell you with a pseudo sad face that you need to consider getting a rider or even a new policy.

It's been their SOP all along, until a whole generation decides to call BS and press for more regulation.

Go private hospital , specialist there sharpened their knives ready for slaughtering.
End of the day, insurance companies paid out high claim to doctors , losing too much money and have to increase premium to sustain for long run.
