Hi there. Recently bought a asrock h87m pro 4 and jus slot my hd7850 into pcie 3.0 slot, however gpuz show it is pci-e3.0x16@ x16 1.1. note that my motherboard is a pcie 3.0. Would appreciate advice on this.

Did you update your mobo with their drivers/utilities?

Mine also just showed 1.1 ... it was 3.0 when i read ur msg... Try running a game or benchmark and see if it increases...

Prob. power saving feature kicking in.

In GPU-Z, click on the little question mark icon on the right border besides the Bus Interface wordings and run the stress test in the pop up box and now check the version newly reported.

Tried the render test, when i exited it after 15mins, it went back to 1.1 again, have updated every drivers using the cd provided by the asrock. One thing weird is that, when i'm usin my amd catalyst manager, it shows that the gpu is at pcie 3.0, while gpuz provided diff results :/

When power saving, mine is PCI-E 3.0 X 16 @16 1.1. Activating the render test brings it to @16 3.0. Stopping the test brings it back to @16 1.1. You might want to try reseating your card. Sometimes i get @8 1.1 after cleaning and putting back my PC together, reseating it solves the problem
