Motherboard serious problem

My motherboard asrock h170m pro4, mobo itself totally cannot display alr while I restart my com, my mobo cannot receive signal from my gpu display sometime. therefore it result no display after restarting com. First start up sometime also got fps lag.. need to restart com then can fix. Power on a lot problem also most of the time delay when starting up, means need hold power button or spam the button then will power up. I even RMA my psu they send me a brand new psu, I try also got power up issue. But I tried shot thru the mobo no delay one. I would like to ask, if I send to manufacturer company(asview) they will exchange for me on the spot?

Still under warranty ard 10 more month then warranty no more
It was working since the date of purchase and didn’t realize is mobo issue at all time
Last step ard few month after the date of purchase the start up slowly having issue. But shot thru mobo directly no issue at all. Change brand new psu still same issue

The issue now getting worse and worse, I afraid that once I send there they test and they will say no issue..

Have you try to reseat your graphics card or test with another card just to narrow down if graphics card or mobo

I don't know how asrock warranty work, just share my experience with MSI mobo 2 wks ago...

issue: when switch on, computer keep on looping cannot boot up.

So at service canter they will test your mobo on the spot, and also will show you if your mobo perfect working. If not they will immediately change for you or send it to RMA

just remind Corbell they won't test the component if the brand not under them, like said if u bring your RAM together with mobo, they will return you the RAM

can u disconnect power/reset cables to casing, test for 1 or 2 days to see if all the problems u mentioned still occur?

you have confirm GPU is not the problem. change PSU too.

Left last one is reseat RAM n see....if also cannot....bring down to RMA center n let them test for you.

If still under warranty n they found mobo got problem, i dun see why they will refuse to change for you.

If you’re lazy to read up my issue, you may read up the conclusion right at the bottom.

Things got worse to worse. Today I send my motherboard for replacement, the manufacturer staff did a test for my mobo and confirm that there’s an display issue. Therefore 1-1 exchange were successfully made. I witness that the new mobo they replace for me were up and running. After that I went home and assemble back the parts. Everything went well.. I did a serval test and still got the “old” long term issue since 2 year ago which I did below:

1. Did a 1 time restart of my computer, Totally no display from my GPU. Hence I plug out my GPU cable and plug into onboard display. Result in no display. Have to force restart on the computer everything back to normal but onboard display totally no display at all. But at the manufacturer company I can see onboard display. Back to restarting, same thing happen again.

2. First time power on after I got back my replacement, I was quite surprise that there isn’t any power on delay. I thought I was relive that everything goes well. I shut down my computer and try and power on again. I need to spam click or hold the button to start up.

3. Before the replacement, Last year got one fine day my power button magicially work without any delay for ONE WEEK. Which mean I only gently press ONE time and it will power up. After that the old issue is back which describe above on 1 and 2.

What I have RMA-ed:
Motherboard (On the spot check everything goes good)
Power Supply (Brand new sealed)

What I have test on friend house:
Graphic card (One day test and confirm that he restart serval time and next day on result in no issue. He did a same thing as above no1 no issue at all)

Current issue, after assembling back I was able to use about 30minutes then the whole system just blackout the chassis fan won’t run at all. But my GPU Fan keep spinning. Usually GPU fan will only spin when mobo sense the GPU is hot. As of CPU Fan it doesn’t even run at all, 30min before the blackout, the CPU Fan were able to run

I don’t know about this weird issue, By default keyboard numlock will on, restart com no display but keyboard numlock no on, aka cannot response anything already.

LAN cable usually power on got the yellow LED blinking, restart com no display but the LAN cable LED is orange non blinking.

I really dunno what can i do to fix the mysterious issue, Can anybody help me retify the hidden cause of long term issue?

I conclude that I did the following testing over the past 2 years:
1. Power up through mobo(0ms delay)
2. Tried a single stick of RAM with various slots
3. Installed my OS on an SSD
4. Unplug all power source and hold power button for 30sec-1min to discharge the voltage
5. Tried my GPU on my friends house for a day
6. Change to a BRAND new psu + RMA to a brand new psu
7. RMA-ed the Mobo(recent)
8. Tried a different RAM during the replacement
9. Hold power button / Spam click to power up(5sec-3mintues delay depending on luck)
10. Ensure that the cable is well managed

If we exclude MB, PSU and GPU, that leaves the CPU or possibly HDD or RAM to be tested.

CPU - try swapping in a replacement if you can find one
HDD - install OS on an SSD instead
RAM - test single stick of DDR4 in the various slots

If corrupted OS, why I still able to get into Windows when I assemble back?

he had help quite a number of bros with their PC issues also.

i see you had done quite a fair bit of troubleshooting but cant nail down the problem, so best get his help.
