Using my redmi note 3G.

Wondering if its worth getting a M360 also. It definitely looks nice and such. But with the OS currently still stuck at 4.2. I'm losing out on a lot of functions right?

The watch only works on Android 4.3 or higher.

not even compatible....

Redmi Note 3G is using MTK chipset... even worse.

sell off and get Note 4G instead, at least SD401 will have guaranteed Kitkat.

Can you guys who have updated share your battery performance? Mine is bad. But been using with watchmaker though, which (I think) is not optimised for Lollipop yet. Will try with default faces tomorrow.

Thank you, will have a look. Does it support Facer's and WatchMaker's watchfaces though?

On a separate matter... Does anyone know how to disable the vibration and heads up notifications on the phone for WhatsApp? This is really driving me up the wall.

I've tried every settings in-app but nothing works. The latest update forced all individual chat notifications to have a pop-up (heads up notifications) and vibrate. This of course in turn vibrates the watch too, turn the screen on, and preview the messages automatically -- which i do not want. Prior to the update, i still receive notifications, but without the vibrations and automatic preview.

I receive A LOT of WhatsApp messages. Can't have the watch (and phone) vibrates and screen turned on all the time. Furious!

bro. i was SUPER irritated with this too when i updated whatsapp this morning. played around a little bit and realised that you have to set your notification tone to "none" to stop the vibrations. my phone is mostly on silent mode all the time so it doesnt affect me that much. but i'm guessing this is a bug and hope it'll be fixed quickly.

hope this helps!

BOOM! Thank you. This works. And this also disabled the heads up notifications. Brilliant! My phone is also on silent mode most of the time, but yes the downside is if I want to switch to 'normal' mode then my WhatsApp will not have sound notifications.

I don't think this is a bug though. Read somewhere that in Lollipop, developers can set their app to have 'high' priority which will force heads up notifications (and therefore, vibrations, I think). Seriously hate this. Hopefully the next update allows users to control the behaviour of the notifications.

Make sure your battery power is above 80%
1. Check update on watch, no update.
2. Reset watch
3. Uninstall Android Wear from phone
4. Reinstall Android Wear from phone
5. Pair watch to phone
6. Check update and downloading.
7. Updated to FW 5.0.1 build number:LWX48T

I've been waiting for days for the update and have tried numerous reset / uninstall methods but nothing worked so far.

This method (posted today by an XDA user) finally worked for me! Am downloading the update now!

1. Uninstall Android Wear app
2. Uninstall Motorola Connect app
3. Go to the phone Settings -> Bluetooth and manually un-pair the watch
4. Restart the phone
5. Reset the watch.
6. Install Android Wear app
7. Install Motorola Connect app
8. Re-pair the watch via the Android Wear app
9. After the re-pair is done, just check for update on the watch
