follow exactly...but could not get the update. repeat quoted steps twice..still no go..i have resetted my watch for more than 10 times..

checking update it is getting the system is up to date prompt..as if nothing check.
pulling my hair.....

I had the same problem. There was no notification on the download.
I went strrainght to Settings/About/System Updrage on the watch and when I selected it, it showed a fw upgrade

Now I'm on 5.0.1

I was contemplating on getting it as well, just because of the plastic spacers that puts less stress on the back of the watch. But since my Steelconnect adaptor is arriving in Jan, I decided to just wait for the adaptor. Besides, there are a couple of reports of the plastic spacers cracking / breaking.

Nah not getting unless someone wants to start a MO. I just want to cover the silver and change to black from time to time.

Personally I prefer naked. I need to change my strap LOL.

Brought a cheap metal strap but I might avoid using it due to cracking incident and yeah, I sweat a lot!

I bought a metal band from aliexpress to try out.
It's very well made, doesn't touch the plastic back cover, no modifications needed (notch already cut out at the fitting edges), cheap (about 19USD), comes with the tiny screw driver and extra 22mm pushpins and lastly it matches the silver Moto360
Now similar bands are all over aliexpress and ebay and sells for cheaper too

Nice. Been using the pebble metal strap for almost two months now. No crack. Just make sure don't make it super tight. Should be ok.
