Why siah. Motorola doesn't even have a social scene anymore in SG. Their facebook/twitter also suddenly all missing, want to ask for updates also impossible.

Managed to get through doesn't mean it won't end up getting cancelled. Best if you keep a close eye on it for the next few days.

If you're willing to wait, I'm sure Amazon will eventually carry it, making it easier for us in Singapore to get it. The only question is with such high demand and low supply, it will be a while but Motorola will be able to stock it elsewhere.

actually the stocks look plentiful this time, it's still available at this point of time, if only they did release the stocks to bestbuy or amazon.

It will be so much easier, if it's on Amazon.

I think have to wait for the next few days to see if anyone from here actually gets the package to their forwarder

Old chip and poor batt life....u guys still buying?

Old chip, while not ideal, is not too much of an issue as long as it doesn't have an impact on user experience. Just like the first Moto X, although the SOC was old, users did not experience any lag. Unfortunately it wasn't popular because of its price.

So far, I don't think there is any lag reported with the Moto 360. Plus the price is not too exorbitant. I will say the price is right for a decent smartwatch now.

Batt life though..... that can be an issue but ultimately, it will vary from user to user. Some may find it sufficient to last from morning to night, some may not. Apparently, many are willing to take that risk.

Correct. takeshi_umuro used CGW address which is 99% likely to get canceled by Motorola as that's what happened to all my Motorola.com orders.

Old chip doesnt bother me, but batt life... it's largely depending on usage and at the end of the day, we will still have phone to check on the time and what else? Hmmmm messages, whatsapp, google now notifications, reminders.

So I don't think it's really that unusable.

Edit: I am actually more horrified that my phone doesn't last a day, but that doesn't stop me from buying a smart phone. :)
