You have to remember that these are smartwatches. Like smartphones, the screen is not intended to stay on all the time. Your battery will deplete within a very short period of time.
not sure if anybody has encountered this problem...only recently i noticed my watch is not waking up when i twist my wrist up. I have checked the device setting in the app and "Tilt to wake" is set to ON.
i tried resetting the watch, but still same problem.
And i also noticed that when I receive Whatsapp and SMS, the watch vibrates, but screen does not wake up. But when I receive LINE messages, the watch screen wakes up.
Any ideas?
why not consider the new LG urbane or GWR?![]()

moto360's "always on" is not really always onmine from morning 830am 100%...till now is 76% ..always on too.
GWR has always on screen....
Another advantage of LG's OLED display is that it's going to be gentler on the battery. A scourge of smartwatches has been that they tend to go into standby to save battery, sorta negating their use as a timepiece you can glance at (aka, a watch). A backlit LCD (like on the Moto 360) theoretically requires about the same power to light one of its LEDs, as it does all of them. An OLED works differently, broadly speaking, only requiring enough power for the LEDs that are currently lit. So, when the G Watch R is in "always on" mode, after a few seconds, the watch face changes to a minimal black screen, just showing the time, and any active notification -- meaning you can always have the time showing, without it zapping the battery.
Hi Guys,
any recommendation where to get for moto360 now? where is the cheapest with local warranty.
Thanks!
100% at 7am. 29% at 345pm.
