Might be. I noticed that it's not even displaying your processor :s22:.


Yeah thats the boo boo........i thiink i have already installed all drivers that came with the CD. Any ideas how to solve this lol?

Ah wait. You installed a nLited version of XP - did you remove the ACPI stuff?

hi guys,

i juz gotten the wind n must say that it's really handy n portable but the battery life can be better though .

anyone knows where i can get hold of a car charger for the wind ?

If you kept the Battery component, it should be ok. Did you also keep Bluetooth? Quite frankly there's more than enough space on the Wind for you to do a full install of XP :).

hmmmm actually you are right, i just wanna mack around with nlite. So base on the link, if i follow it i should be ok? but........things went wrong lol.

I just came across the solution for getting 1024x768 on the Wind, so you can install your Photoshop and what not.

how's the wind's keyboard compared to eee901? anyone tried both b4?

i have try wind keyboard... that is really my limit... after 1 hour of working, i feel abit tired of my arms and hand.... i think if i get 901, i will kill myself...:s13: although i perfer 901 because of the size and weight... but lucky i didn't...... i think if you will using keyboard very often, i think bigger keyboard is important.... as i use it for work....

sorri... i am fat...:o my bad....

Anyone using default 1GB ram facing some seconds of lag?

Running NOD32 Version 3
Firefox with 7 tab

Btw,the latest wireless driver (beta) really solve the wireless problem?

I am using dlink dir 655 v1.05 firmware...i keep getting error loading page at the very beginning after awhile it seem alright.

Running NOD32 Version 3

Maybe you should check on that. During the time when I used it, the process was often seen at 100% CPU in the task manager. It seemed to be a random problem as well, but I switched back to NOD32 v2.7, and it's fine now :).
