Buying big tickets like property especially in a foreign country that have bad track records are not for the faint hearted nor the ignorant, naive seniors. Anyway, the uncles are either scammed for his property purchase or scammed by "officers" via FB. so its same same.

They still gotch the cheek to chut simi mega-projects to "kick us off the throne"

60 yrs ago they manage kick us out, 60 yrs later they think they can do it again

This ish why the Jaybee state gahmen now "very sexcited" to work with us on the success of the RTS-SEZ , bcos if its fails and cant sustain enuf investments and funds their Ghost City will cont into sleeping mode

That's because you are not at the level of money that you just don't know what to spend on.
Mai tok rot lah. You are the rich type with 100M ? Then ok lah can spend on a few overseas properties.

Majority of sinkies probably in the <10M networth. At this range, you must damn well know what is worth to spend on.

The idea for all the initiatives were for the King to sell his Forest City and huat big, i think most of the buyers were PRC and one particular guy call Tan Kin Lian.

With the king and Anwar already sitting half term and the Bumis start to protest against inflation.
I think the Forest City project need to concede eventually.

Concede means what? Demolished the project?

Won't demolish but likely let it rot. I believe soon they will have insufficient money to maintain the project. The only way to sustain it is to find alot of foreigners, particularly prc to buy them.

Forest city is freehold building on leasehold land.

I think when the sultan of peak takes over, more SEZ projects should be initiated at KL Selangor side.

That will make the forest city looks damn pathetic

Anwar ish more than certainly will notch survive their next GE, with the Bumis now alr starting to buay song him

And when new PM and gahmen takesover, no one knows or can guarantee what will happens next (that Tiong youtuber guy alr mentioned its fate)

Thats why while Anwar in power now and the current Johor Agong in rule, they want faster see the RTS-SEZ cums to fruition so that can speed-up or "boost" that Ghost City development

The problem with Bolehland ish that too many corruption and incompetence there, with their Agongs keep changing every 5 yrs and their politicians keep playing politiks until very hard to complete any mega projects

Like chiu said, when the new Perak sultan takesover Agongship he consperm will want similar "developments" or progress with his own Perak state

Last few weeks ago our Onglai Prez go meet with the Perak sultan , what do chiu all think they discuss behind closed doors ?

One of the ministers got answer Singapore reporters before. The lady was saying people are concern that their policies will flip.

The minister reply that it's a valid concern, that's why they quickly rush out so many initiatives so when the tide turns, they hope that some systems will still remain.

Meaning it's expected that the policies will flip and those egates can suddenly go offline anytime. Don't count too much on the RTS too.

It's not only the bumi unhappy, even the other races are not happy with Anwar when he removes all those subsidies. I'm not surprised he gets boot soon. Protests can escalate to riots anytime.

CNA just released an article.
Their Muslim Islamic party PAS won 43 seats despite targetting only 40 seats in the last election.

They plan to concentrate firepower and aim 80 seats. Even if they win 70 pct of what they aim, the malay first parties will win and make a comeback.

No, it's just an outlook in life.

SEZ projects heavily depend on proximity to Singapore, not so easy to pivot, unless the alternative SEZ is meant to attract other investors.

RTS at the very least, shud be almost there alr

Now its the SEZ, bcos many local coys still no confidence to move their factory operations there

Arbo why our gahmen keep "nudging" our big boys or those big institutions/corporates to start move there first so that others will follow and in turn will able attract/divert more investments

Ultimately, bolehland or the Jaybee state just want make use of us for their own gains rah

If foreign investors know of SG-MY collab projects or initiatives and they decide go-into Boleh, its obviously based on our "face" and branding reputation de

So buy completed project better?
Yes preferably buy completed unit to see for yourself what in the house and condo. Note Freehold is NOT freehold until a few years of taking possession and the developer pays off any outstanding loan on the property.
